What is Baby Beep, and how does it help?
Baby Beep is a stand-alone reminder that emits a loud, repeating beep if you start walking away from your parked car while a child (or pet) is still inside. No phone, no app, no Wi-Fi, no GPS—so it even works in underground parking or anywhere with zero signal.

How does it work?
It’s a two-part system: a compact Transmitter stays with the car seat, and a Receiver travels with you (attach it to your keys, clip it to the stroller/carriage, or hang it from the seat). After you park, if you move roughly 8–10 meters away while the seat is still occupied, the Receiver triggers a repeating beep until you return or remove the child.

Is it safe for babies and toddlers?
Yes. The device sits away from the child, doesn’t alter the car seat’s safety performance, and uses child-safe materials.

Does it need internet, Bluetooth, or a smartphone?
No. It’s 100% offline—no connectivity or pairing of any kind.

How loud is the alert?
A clearly audible beeper designed to be heard in typical outdoor environments like parking lots. (No official dB rating published.)

Can I use it for pets?
Yes. Place the Transmitter with a pet carrier/crate; you’ll get the same audible reminder if you begin to walk away while your pet is still inside. Always use responsibly and never rely on any device in unsafe temperatures.

Can it handle hot or cold weather?
Yes—engineered for everyday automotive use and temperature swings typical of vehicles.

Compatibility & Setup

Which car seats are compatible?
Works with most infant and toddler seats that have a standard base/cushion. If your setup is unusual, contact us and we’ll confirm fit.

Does it work in any car?
Yes. It’s independent of the vehicle’s electronics—no wiring required.

Do I need tools to install it?
No. Installation is tool-free and takes about 2–5 minutes following the quick-start guide.

How do I test it for the first time?
Secure the seat (or place a weighted object to simulate a child), lock the car, and walk away—around 8–10 meters. The Receiver should start beeping to confirm operation.

Can I use more than one device (twins / multiple seats)?
Yes—each set operates independently, even in the same vehicle.

Battery & Care

What batteries does it use? How long do they last?
Both units use rechargeable polymer batteries (approx. 300 mAh and 400 mAh), designed for long service between charges under normal use.

How will I know the battery is low?
You’ll get a distinct low-battery alert pattern/indicator so you can recharge in time.

Are the batteries replaceable?
They’re rechargeable Li-Po packs. Follow the guide for safe charging and care.

How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth; do not soak or machine-wash.

Legal & Compliance

Is Baby Beep compliant with regulations in Italy/EU?
Baby Beep is designed to meet the functional requirements expected of reminder devices for child car seats. Documentation is available on request. (For formal certifications, contact support.)

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and to?
We currently ship from Israel to Italy, the EU, the UAE, and additional countries. Countries under sanctions or with carrier restrictions may be excluded.

How long does delivery take?
Exact options and ETAs are shown at checkout via Easyship. As conservative guidance for standard/economy services:

• Italy: about 5–10 business days

• European Union: about 6–12 business days

• UAE: about 6–10 business days

• Israel: up to 3 business days
  Note: We plan to add an Italy-based warehouse to speed up EU deliveries in the future.

Will I pay VAT or customs?
Depending on the destination and order value, local VAT/duties may apply. Your courier will notify you if fees are due.

Do you offer express shipping?
Not yet. Express options are planned for the near future.

Do you offer free shipping?
We don’t offer free shipping by default. Local pickup in Israel is available and free.

Returns, Warranty & Support

What is your return policy?
Change-of-mind returns accepted within 14 days in new, unopened condition. Contact us for authorization before sending anything back.

What’s the warranty?
12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong within warranty, we arrange a swift replacement or a refund in line with policy.

Do you offer repairs?
To keep safety standards high and turnaround fast, we provide straightforward replacements rather than in-house repairs.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (you can pay with Visa/Mastercard via PayPal Checkout without a PayPal account).

Yes—request one at checkout or via support.
